Sims 4 - How to fix delayed interaction menu and long loading screens

Hello.

In the Sims 4, I have come across a few major issues that have stopped me from playing the game. First, loading screens. The loading screens in my game take forever to load. It is such an incredibly annoying issue in my game and I can't figure out how to fix it. Next, whenever I specifically click on either another sim or a fridge in game, the interaction menu takes about 2-3 seconds to appear. Another issue I have is with the time. Whenever I use speed three, the time will progress normally for a few seconds and then it will jump back in time. Sometimes, when the time is running through at the fastest speed (when sims are sleeping or at work), the time won't change at all. 

Solutions I have tried: 

• Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
• uninstalling and reinstalling origin
• removing all mods and custom content
• updating all of my drivers
• repairing the game through origin
• creating new save files

At this point, it feels like there's nothing else I can do to fix this. Up until now, my computer has been running the game fine. I have my dxdiag posted. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Your graphics drivers are from 2016, try updating them through the Geforce expierence:

Also, do you run the game on your Geforce card?
