Sims 4 House - Lowering Floors Issues

Hi there,

I downloaded a house (or rather mansion) from the gallery and it worked fine. However, when I loaded it into a different lot (I wanted to move into a larger lot so there would be more space), everything transferred correctly, however, my perspective is from the top level of the house but I have no option to click on the "go down to lower floor". It's there but it doesn't let me click it, as if it thinks there is no lower floor or that is the bottom floor.

Could really use some help.
