Sims 4 Great Game Guarantee

Hi, I purchased The Sims 4 a few days ago, paid the £59.99 and it has a great game guarantee on it, except after playing this game it wasn't so great. Too buggy, much prefer the old Sims interface and so I thought that I could get a refund but apprently I am not eligible when I go directly to EA Request a refund page. I only purchased this on Friday. Any help would be great, thankyou.
