Sims 4 Graphics Card

I enjoy playing my Sims games; however, I'm afraid that if I go ahead and download The Sims 4, that my graphics card won't be strong enough to support it. I have NVIDIA graphics card (not sure what kind other than that) and 14 MB available on that graphics memory. I don't have any idea whether that's enough space on that graphics card or what. Someone please help.
