Sims 4 Graphic Issue

Once I got the Sims 4 installed onto my computer, everytime I create a new family and they go to have a baby, the baby is all deformed when its born...I don't understand why its doing that but would really appreciate the characters actually looking normal throughout the whole game.... It's very frustrating to find out that I paid all that money for it to not be working properly. Because of this issue, its taking the fun out of the game... Please somebody help me resolve this issue and get it back to normal..??

It's a bug related to Intel Graphic chips (mostly for people below minimum specs).
