Sims 4 Glass effect?

I Have a little problem not with my sims, rather with objects that contain glass or wood.

I Started getting things on my window looking like paper sheets and i did not understand why

i wanted to clear out my mods folder but i couldn't because last time i did i lost a save file.

I Was trying to look for somebody who had this issue and i just can seem to find them
