Sims 4 Get to work missing buildings

I just downloaded get to work and get together and when I choose to go to work (the police station) when my sim arrives at work there is no building and all of the cops and inmates are sitting outside of an empty lot! HELPPPP
Did you try all the suggestion in the other thread you posted in ?
