Sims 4 Get to work Problem.

I paid for Sims 4 Get to work, for 15% percent off. When it was finish downloading I opened up the sims game, and saw the new world Which said "Magnolia Promenade" I clicked on the wold and only saw 3 lots. One was Empty and the two others where retail stores. The Get To Work Game description said that I wold be able to become a doctor, or detective. But I don't see those options.

Magnolia promenade is only a small hood. That's all ther is (should be 4 lots though)

You should be able to become a doctor/scientist/detective through the job menu

If the options don't show up there, try repairing your game through Origin.

Forgot to add that my sims are getting sick how do i send them the hospital? They have an illness.. How do i cure that?

you can buy medicine through the computer or wait until they get healthy on their own.

. You can't send them to the hospital
