Sims 4 Game Won’t Save

So, when I spent 1-2 hours building a sims house, went to save and my screen looks like this. I’ve let it load for about 30 minutes and it hasn’t moved. I can’t click anything. The entire game is just frozen.

@Herofigu  The game is frozen, sorry, and all you can do now is force close it.  Hit crtl-alt-delete and open the Task Manager, then click Sims 4 on the list and End Task.  If you can't see the Task Manager on-screen, crtl-alt-delete and Log Out, which will close all currently running apps.
