Sims 4 Game Options and Music acting weird

Alrighty, so I’ve seen this problem before, where game options doesn’t show up, I believe I know what is causing it because none of my mods are to blame, I have Andrews pose player and 3 CAS columns, but I am not certain. 

I think this has been going on since I downloaded my first pack, but when I open up my game, the default Sims 4 music and the Cats & Dogs music (I get lucky to hear Get to Work added sometimes too!) get mushed together and it’s not very ear pleasing. Also, there will be times where the starting page music gets played while I’m in game and thanks to game option not being available, I can’t turn it off.

Oh, and one question, can I delet my lastCrash, lastException, and lastUIexception text files? Thanks to whomever replies!

Did you update the 3 CAS Columns mod to the newest version ? That one is known to cause UI issues if an outdated version is used.

Yes I did, I actually found out what was wrong but thank you for your help anyways!
