HELP ME!
I have been trying to get my Sims 4 game to work for the past month and it won't work anymore! Every time I open it up, it will begin to load and then minimize. When I reopen the game, it will not load and will just stay a white screen. I have already uninstalled Sims 4 and Origin and reinstalled them. I have NO custom content in my game. Please don't tell me to get Sims 4 Legacy because my computer is a 64-bit. Here are my computer properties:
HP 15 Notebook PC
Processor: AMD a8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.20GHz
Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (3.44 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit operating system. x64-based processor
I also have Windows 10 installed on my computer.
My Sims game isn't loading anything saying that there is a crash, but it isn't loading at all. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

@maddiexpaigexo Please remove your entire Sims 4 game folder from Documents\Electronic Arts; you can put it on your desktop. Launch the game, with nothing besides Origin running on your computer, and see whether it works. If it does, you can move the contents of Saves and Tray from your old game folder to your new one.
If it doesn't work, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
