Sims 4: Game Mods

I downloaded around 10 gameplay mods today and only one (the first one I downloaded) is giving me a command bar in game, the other ones are there and show up in the CC list but I can't find the command bar the control it.

You need to contact the author for instructions on how a particular Mod works.
