Sims 4 Game Keeps Crashing!!

Every time I try to play Sims 4, 15 to 20 minutes into the game it crashes.

There's possible problems of why my game is doing this but idk what to do:

- I've downloaded a ton of custom content

- I've increased the graphics of the game on the game options panel

I just don't know which problem could be leading to the numerous crashing.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Try lowering the graphics again and if the crashing still occurs, remove the cc to find out which one it is.
