I recently received a ACER Nitro 5 solely for the Sims 4. After initially installing and adding the same mods I had from my pervious games I was able to play. The following day it would crash from initial loading screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin and it worked, now today its doing the same thing.
I have :
Repaired the Game
Removed the mod folder
Cleared Origin Cache
Verified for updates on windows and drivers
Verified the FireWall
Did a Clean Reboot
Uninstalled and Reinstalled the Game
Uninstalled and reinstalled Origin
Disabled Origin in game
Basically everything. currently there are no Mods on the game and its still crashing. I've attached my DxDiag

There is a problem with the VC++ Runtime. Try to download the VC++ files directly from Microsoft. Both x64 and x86 are needed:

Also run SFC /scannow
