Sims 4. Galley does not connect to internet

My Origin is online, but after the latest update my gallery can not connect to internet. My friend lives in the same apartment and has the same problem. We both play on macbook.

Thank you for your advise. The gallery did work when i connected through my phone. But now I have no idea how to make my wi-fi work with my Sims game

I assume you both use the same Internet connection, right? 

Would it be possible if you could try to connect in the Gallery while using a different connection? Even a mobile hotspot.

The fact that you can connect to the Gallery while using a different Internet connection might indicate that your ISP is blocking one of our ports. You can contact your ISP and request help in opening them.
