Sims 4 Gallery is marking as missing content when I own all the packs listed

Sims 4 Gallery (PC) is marking some items as missing content when I own all the packs listed. I downloaded a Lot from the gallery that showed only 4 packs of which I have all, but when I placed the Lot, I received the message "5 build mode items have been removed". I did not have the "include custom content" box checked. I just bought Luxury Party Stuff yesterday, and the Gallery is acknowledging that I own it (and those items do show up in build/buy mode).

@eeyore45 Do you see anything that's missing ? Do you have the digital deluxe version ? Sometimes it's stuff from that or other freebie that were available that you don't have.
