Sims 4 Gallery Wont work

I've been having this problem since last spring. I open the gallery and in the "newest" section where there should be peoples creations there is only red X's. When i click them it says "No results found". Ive had to resort to using the gallery website to download things.

That is weird, usually this means the item was deleted from the gallery. 
Do you have any security software running that might block the images from showing?

This is often a reported error.I specifically pay attention to errors related to the Gallery, so I know them.
