Sims 4 Gallery - Unable to Connect

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010 ?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? C&D, City, Uni, Eco, Famous, G2Work, Together, Island, Seasons, Dine Out, Parenthood, Magic, Strangerville, & Holiday Celebration
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know if you can. 
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot connect to Gallery
What do you expect to see? Gallery items.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, WW (updated) and like 3 other random CAS ones.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, recent updates and Eco Living
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updates and Install

When I first open the game and then Gallery, it tells me I have notifications, but it cannot connect. See attached Capture Photo. Obviously, I still am connected to the internet and can stream videos, and receive email at the same time. 

I have tried: 

1. Verify in game settings and origin settings still allow me to access the gallery in game. 
2. Move everything out of Mods folder onto desktop. 
3. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder
4. Repair the game in Origin.
5. Reopen to see if problem is solved.

Any other suggestions than waiting for the next patch and hoping? I know it's not making the game unplayable, but I'm not the greatest builder. Thanks!
