Sims 4 Gallery OFFLINE?!

So, I'm just a girl, who loves '' SIMS 4 '' yeah, but then i restart my pc, many times, because of virus, and start over, and download orgin over and over again, but then, a day... its saying I'm offline on the gallery?.. I can't login with anything, on Sims 4, I have the box open, to see the '' Community Gallery Tab '' but it didn't work, and also, I have tried to take my antivirus off, didn't work, I have tried to restart my pc 100% so everything was gone, I'm online on Orgin, but just not on Sims 4, it won't let me login, first time, it told me to login with facebook, well I did, but I was need to restart my pc, and now I can't even login again.. I really need some help I want to download stuff, from gallery, because I'm kinda a youtuber, who wants to make videos, But I can't without gallery, if this itsn't online, So please, answer back someone, I want it to work again,  Do I need to login to Sims 3 first? because I don't know if that will work too, I really don't know what to do, it's just saying you need network, and I do have network, It won't let me in, I just want to sign in with youtube, or facebook, or anything, to make it work. please help me, the picture will be in danish, btw You can see I hav fine network, but I can't get in. : Eacrying:: Eadisappointed:: Eabroken_heart: So please, help me.

• I guess, I already did put it on '' Pc report '' thing, no I can't still get into SIMS 4 GALLERY., btw I have seen so many people, posting in here, and they answer from EA//orgin with it, and This is about '' PC GAME '' so why change it? when I really need help from it.

 ⤷ Run Origin with Admin Rights 

    ⤷ Right Click on Origin

    ⤷ Click on Compatibility (top menu) 

    ⤷ Down below, check the "Run this program as an administrator" ✅

 (if you have recently updated Origin, then the permissions might've been reset)

           You'll need to add exceptions for Origin and Sims in case they haven't been added automatically.

Sad, it didn't work, or I just did it wrong.. well some people told me it's because of my age? I need to be 18 + ?? and I'm 17, and from danmark

You need to be 16+ when registering an account with Origin.
If, when creating this account, you entered the age below 16 you will not have access to the Gallery.
If your entered age is OK please clean Origin cache

Uninstall the Origin Manually. See instructions here.

and install Origin again

It is also possible that your connection configuration with Gallery is damaged in your game folder. In that case, you should do a factory reset of the game folder

Go to Documents/ElectronicArts - inside will be The Sims4 folder
Step 1. Rename The Sims4 folder to "The Sims4 old"
Step 2. Fix the game in Origin

Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Step 3. Turn on the game - a new game folder will be created and you will have two - one old, one new
Step 4. Check if you still have this problem in the newly created game folder
If the problem disappeared
Step 5. Delete in the new game folder following folders:
"saves" and Tray.
Step 6. Go to "The Sims 4 old" folder and copy - your "saves " folder.
Step. 7, Paste this folder in a newly created game folder.
Step 8. Do the same with Tray folder
Step. 9 If all is OK - delete The Sims4 old folder. Now you will have only one game folder which is working properly.

Well, my account, wasn't 16/17 when I startede on orgin, it was in 2017, and it worked fine with the gallery, and now nope, and I have tried, to restart orgin, with reinstall it, well that didn't work, I have tried, to restart my pc 100% nope, it's just telling me, I'm offline in sims 4.

I understand that you have already checked if your antivirus or Windows Defender isn't blocking this.
You can also try to restart your router - there may also be a problem.
Well, if it will not working for you, now you should do the factory reset of the game folder as I wrote above. You will lose nothing - neither your saves of the game nor your library.
You will lose only the time you spend on it.
