Hello everyone !
I've found many topics on the internet concerning my issue but couldn't find how to play my game again.
Here is my problem : I've played TS4 everyday lately, and the other day I downloaded 2 mods. Later, my game froze INGAME ; I had to shut down my computer. It was just frozen, it didn't crash. Then, I deleted the mods and played again. But the same issue occured, and my game froze at loading screen (travelling screen in fact). I then disabled the custom content in the settings and tried play again : my game froze in loading screen, I couldn't even play.
I've completely deleted the "Mods" folder since I have none, I tried "Repair" my game in Origin, I disabled the "laptop mode" which wad enabled, I put the graphic settings lower and even cleared cache in my folder.
I don't know what to do anymore, I read freeze is due to CC but I have none !
Can somebody help me please ?
Thank you and have a nice day

Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder - important!
Fix the game in Origin. once more
Origin/Library -right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Check if the game is working now.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method
if it will not work the last chance is factory reset of your game folder as described in this post:

@kreatora
Hi, thank you for responding.
As I said, I have no CC, but ok.
I cleaned everything again, Repaired again, and the game seems to work.
Thank you !
