Sims 4 Expansion Packs

I'm trying to buy 2 of the Sims 4 expansion packs through origin. Earlier today I purchased one, but when I tried to buy more Origin was unable to verify my card, despite using the same card that I have used previously. This isn't the first time this has happened and I know that it isn't my credit cards fault because the problem resolves itself in a few days. I, however, don't want to wait a few days and I was wondering if there was another safe and reliable place I could by the expansion packs for. I'm also on a PC and I want the game online, no disc. Thank you

Or you could try well known shops in your country, just make sure you buy the online version not the disk.
