Sims 4 Expansion Packs Are Missing

Hello!

I recently merged my two origin accounts and all was good until I realized that while I still had my base game, Get To Work and Get Together + my game packs were missing. When I tried clicking the packs, it leads me to a checkout page, indicating that I've never bought it/need to buy it again. 

Has anyone ever had this problem? I don't know what to do because I don't want to pay for the games again ):

How recently did you merge the accounts? Did you try to reload my games? Did you click the small i? As this is a public forum for users by users accounts can not be accessed here. You have to contact EA customer service to check your account and fix any issues.

There is a warning that when you merge accounts there could be problems and some title can't be merged.
