@kelseybrooksI just had the same issue. I don't know if this has been suggested yet, but i thought i'd share my solution:
it was as simple as reparing the game via origin.
1. Enter Origin Application & Log into your account.
2. Check if the new EP has been downloaded via origin, if not do download before following step 3.
3. Click on Gear Symbold for Settings and choose "rapair game".
No need to reinstall the game that way & risking loosing your progess.
In case this doesn't work I guess try reinstalling it. When downloading it new via origin, your purchased EP/GP/SP should be installed along with what you already had installed.
