Sims 4 Expansion Code Not Redeeming

So i just purchased a Sims 4 Bundle Pack that includes Vampires, Kids Room Stuff, and Backyard Stuff. When i went to redeem the product code a confirmation message pops up. I confirm and it goes back to the code redeeming message and tells me that the code is already redeemed. I just bought this so i dont understand why it would be already redeemed??? Can somebody help me fix this or should i just take it back????

And no content was added to your game?

Where did you buy the code? Physical copy? Or digital trusted seller?

It sounds like you might need to exchange it for a new copy or get a refund.

If you want to you can double check the code with an EA game advisor, they can tell you if you got a legit copy. Usually, you have to contact a seller for a refund though.

  • In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
  • Choose a game. For help with an account issue, choose Origin
  • Choose your platform
  • Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
  • Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!
