Sims 4 Error

Y’all somebody please help , every time I open up my sims game my (New Game/ Load Game) doesn’t pop up .. like it would have my start a new game .. but when I’m in the CAS .. it shows these weird glitches .. and I don’t know what’s going on & I even use my mod detector and I have nothing broken in my game .. help ?!!?

@ItxChrissy  Try removing the UI Cheats mod, if you have it, and deleting localthumbcache.package.  If you have a More Columns mod, remove that too.

If this doesn't help, or you don't have those mods, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache (again), and test.
