The save I have been playing on since 2018 has started showing error code 801 pop ups when I attempt to load any household or build on any lot. I've tried clearing cache, repairing through Origin, removing my hefty mods folder, and loading up the oldest backup save. Some googling has told me to try clearing my gallery and my sims inventory, but I cannot look at those because it won't load. The error codes have started late November, about a week and a half ago. My game also apparently has lots of 'lastcleanexception' files. If anyone can help me recover my save, I would appreciate it. I'm willing to send any data to anyone working with EA or Maxis to help me with the situation. This save means a lot to me and the idea of losing it causes me a lot of anxiety.
