Sims 4 Edge Controlling Problem

★★★ Newbie

When I uninstalled my graphic display on my laptop, my game started to move slowly. Along with the edge control, the mouse usually moves, but the movement on the screen is slow as well. This took place because I was trying to play Detroit Become Human on my computer. Can someone please help me?

I tried:

- Uninstalling the game

- Removing CC (wasn't the problem)

- Repairing the game

@TripleD-Sims  What exactly did you uninstall?  Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Re: Sims 4 Edge Controlling Problem

@TripleD-Sims  Your computer doesn't have a graphics driver installed, which can cause all kinds of performance issues if you're trying to play a game like Sims 4.  Try installing the newest one from Intel:

If that driver won't install, you can download and install the newest driver from Acer.  It's almost two years old but may still work fine.  You want the VGA driver from Intel:
