Sims 4 Crashing! when my laptop meets all system requirements. [ Edited ]

I have all the correct requirements that I have to run Sims 4, I have a HP Pavilion and it has a 64-bit, core i7, 8gb ram and  I also went to www.canirunthis.com and it said I could run it. But it won't allow my laptop to run it, 5-10 mins into the game it stops working.  Please help
