Sims 4 Crashing when moving in

Hi,

I have Sims 4 with all the add ons and latest update.

When I load the game it lets me create a character. Then it lets me choose location, and takes me to that location with all the houses.

On this part it shows 0 funds, and im unable to place anyone into a house. if I load a character from the gallery I can then purchase a house with them but then the game crashes when I try to move in.

Ive tried resetting the game and moving my Sims4 folder, but still get the same bug/error

Any ideas?

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
