Sims 4 Crashing on Save and Manage Households

As titled. Only crashes when I save or if I open manage households. I play with mods but this happened even after I took them out. This started sometime after the cats and dogs update, and not long after I thought I found a solution that worked which was deleting the old autosave file from the saves folder. But this week I bought and downloaded cats & dogs and Vampires and it started crashing again. I've repaired the game, reset my sims 4 folder, and deleted some old saves but nothing is working.

I can see that you use a 200% DPI scaling. Please try setting it back to default (100%) before launching the game and see if that helps.

@Phantomlover1717According to the lastcrash.txt the Geforce card is used.
