Sims 4 Crashing even after reinstall

My sims game has been crashing for over a week now, and through that week I've been trying to fix it a bunch of different ways and nothing is working. I've cleared out my mods folder, I've repaired the game, I've reinstalled the game and all my packs, and I've dragged the Sims 4 folder to my desktop to create a new folder for it, and still my game crashes. Usually it's ok in CAS (though it has crashed in CAS once), but when I try to go into live mode it crashed. I haven't tested build mode. Please help honestly I'm so upset and lost as to what to do.
