Sims 4 Crashing Pregnant Sims

Okay so...
I was playing fine on Sims 4 and then it crashed out of nowhere
I was getting really irritated and kept starting up over again until I decided to go on to a different family and it was playing fine again for another hour or so until it crashed
So here's the thing I realised that by this point both the Sims were pregnant and were both 17 hours away from their second trimester
Two minutes before 16 hours away it crashes on both families
Is this a bug? I've seen loads of other people already having babies etc so I hope it's not only me!
