Sims 4 Cats and Dogs Code Not Working

My Sims 4 Cats and dogs says that it's already been redeemed. I have downloaded it onto this account before but it was "Uninstalled" somehow and now I can't reinstall it.

In Origins Game library select The Sims 4. On the Extras tab select Cats & Dogs and install it if it isn't.
