Sims 4: Can't travel and I keep getting an error code

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work and parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't travel and a pop-up screen shows me an error code saying that the game failed to load.
What do you expect to see? I try to travel or go to work or go to school with my son (I doubt zerbu's mod is the problem) and then it will stop and show me the pop-up screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I haven't gotten new mods or CC's for a while and this problem has occured recently. Here's the error code I keep getting:

Please remove mods and test without.

Also, lice freezer is causing issues so if you have one, remove that.
