Sims 4 CAS freezes at the loading screen

Hello, most of the time when I try to play Sims 4 CAS Demo it starts and goes up to the loading screen and then nothing happens, and then I can't get out of the game without logging out of my pc. It occasionally works but it freezes more. Please help

@Tiger2412 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
