Sims 4 135dec40:69731fb6:00000068:00000000. Error

So I got this saw hundreds  got this and never fixed it. Saw some did by repairing game through  steam some through  origin some  through  re installing the redistributables for more me and others  none  of that worked 

Here Is what I did and is the most drastic  step I had to do a full reset  of the computer. Funny thing was I could play  naruto shippuden  3 but not 2 or 4 or ultimate  ninja or jurrassic  world  evolution  because  of this same issue  but anything else I could.

But the reset  fixed everything. What I suspect  is this error  happens  when something  in the registry  or the drive becomes  corrupted.

@Richey1   That error usually means the game is not allowed through the firewall. There are other things that can cause the gasme to crash but this error you should check the firewall first.

@Richey1 Haven't seen that particular number in a while. Is that the number you get ? 69731fb6 ?

Just making sure as the numbers do seem important for the initialization error.

What security software are you using ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

I use Microsoft  defender  I turned  it off as well as fire wall and did not work. Re installed  and repaired  game still not work . None of the steps  worked that I found on here. I had to do a factory  reset  of the pc.   That was the only thing  that worked

@Richey1 Does it permanently work now or does the error come back ?
