Sims 3

I recently bought a new laptop, and it has no DVD/CD drive. I had my Sims 3, and sims 3 expansion packs downloaded on my old computer, which crashed and doesn't work at all. Is there a way since I have had them downloaded before, to use the code to manually download them to my new laptop without using the discs?

To download your games:

• Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download

It says I have already redeemed the code. Do I have to contact customer support for this or what should I do?
