Sims 3

Hi,

I bought Sims 3 on Steam and want to download things on Sims exchange. However - since there is no code given by steam, I can’t register the game. I contacted Steam and they told me to contact you.

@Sweetsueswede  You'll actually need to contact EA customer support to have the game added to your account; this is a players helping players forum, and no one here can modify your account details.

If you provide proof of purchase from Steam, you can request that a support rep add Sims 3 to your Origin account, which will then allow you to use the Exchange.  If the support rep you talk to doesn't help, please let me know.
