Sims 3 wont open

Everytime i try to open Sims 3 it just wont open and send me right back to Origin or the EA app (i tried both), it just wont work.

I contaced EA already 3 or 4 times but they can never help me.PLS i need help ASAP i really wanna play Sims 3. I also have a new computer and it has Windows 11 maybe it´s because of that? I dont know.

@Homanevelyn  I apologize for not replying earlier; I only just saw your post.  If your computer has a 12th-gen Intel processor, you probably have this issue:

Otherwise, if you're still having trouble launching Sims 3, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
