Sims 3 won't start

Here I am  - again.

I uninstalled Sims 3 and Origin, as Sims 3 began playing without any of the extra packs I have. Then I installed again, had problems with that: And now my packs won't install! It's so frustrating, and I've tried everything. There's not a Google search page I haven't been through.

I contacted EA support. My graphics card is simply not strong enough. Thank you all for trying to help, but my computer just can't do it.

You might be able to play base game only as you said that worked ?

I might be able to, but I don't want to, I've paid for all of those packs, and I want to play all of them, not just one. It's kinda a waste of money.

You can try get a refund for them or get a new computer in that case.
