I have had the Sims 3 for a few years now and it will no longer open after clicking play on the launcher. I have tried launching directly from TS3 application, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still won't open. The only change on my PC since I last played is I changed to Windows 10 but have tried compatibility mode and it still doesn't work. I use Norton 360 which I have tried turning off to play but this doesn't work either...can anyone help??
