Sims 3 won’t launch

After I merged my accounts to have all my sims 3 on one account. The sims wouldn’t launch no more. I deleted and reinstalled everything including origin and and the sims still won’t launch. How to fix this to play the sims.

@its_mani0012  This happens sometimes after accounts are merged.  The base game product key becomes blocked or deactivated, and Origin won't allow the game to launch at all.  You'll need to go back to EA customer support and ask about the status of the base game key, and have a support rep reset it or add it back to your account.
