Sims 3 won't launch due to graphics card not being recognized

any chance you could ghelp me out too? I changed my graphics rules sgr and everything and the game takes me to launcher, then origin and back and forth. i dont know what to do, i have the diag here aswell

@chez5551  Please repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair.  This will undo any changes you've made to the game's .sgr files as well as repair any other missing or corrupted files.  It's not necessary to get your card recognized, as in, having an unrecognized card doesn't prevent the game from opening.  On the other hand, the game might not be able to use an .sgr file that's been altered, and that would definitely prevent it from launching.

If that doesn't help, please move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and try again to load the game.  When you open the launcher, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet, at least not until you've confirmed the game works.
