Sims 3 trouble downloading

I bought the sims 3 game used off of someone today. (No code) I didn’t know it needed one till after I bought it. When installing the bar goes all the way green but them it disappears and nothing else happens. After this it Shows please insert correct disk. Please help

@hannnnalg  I'm sorry, but if you bought the game used, there's unfortunately not a lot anyone can do to help you.  EA doesn't allow games or codes to be transferred from one person or account to another.  No one can stop people from reusing discs, obviously, but there's no support to help anyone who doesn't have a code or can't properly install.
