Sims 3 store content does not install.

Whenever I try an error message comes up and then I get a Red Cross next to it. It randomly uninstalled them earlier today. Please help, I've tried everything to fix this issue.

@wilsmith1924  Try deleting everything in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads: the folder may be overly full.  Download a fresh copy of one item and see whether you can install it.

If you can't, please let me know whether any of your store content is currently installed and working.  Please also post a screenshot of your ...The Sims 3\DCCache folder.
