I purchased 4000 simpoints off of origin and the money has been taken from my partners account but I have yet to actually receive my simpoints.

 

When will I get them? Or how to I contact someone to give me a refund? 

 

I had to buy through origin due to the appauling service in the sims 3 website. It has had error messages whenever making a purchase for th elast 3 days. Yet STILL charged you for 'purchasing'.

Origin usually takes a little longer than the site but if you don't get it within the next few hours, you should contact CS.
