I download sims 3 into the future from origin. It shows that it is installed and downloaded but on the sims 3 launcher the game doesn't show anywhere. Please help

@Danielle4398  If you haven't restarted your computer already, do so and try again.  The next step would be to clear Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall.

If these steps don't help, it's possible that your code was deactivated by EA.  This could be a mistake, but if you bought the pack through an unauthorized third-party seller, you may have received a bad code.  EA has been cancelling these codes for two years now, sometimes months or years after the fact, and even though the players usually have no idea there was anything wrong with their purchases.

 

To find out whether this has happened to you, and to fix any potential mistake, you'll need to contact EA customer support so that someone on that end can look into your code.  If you did buy through Origin or an authorized seller, it would be helpful to have proof of purchase or ownership (receipt; photo of disc, case, insert; etc.) to provide the support rep.
