Sims 3 pets PC don't appear on launcher

Hello I downloaded sims 3, sims 3 generations and sims 3 pets. but in the launcher aspers only the generations EP and I want to play pets, can someone explain to me, I try to uninstall and downloads again but not work. They are 3 ScreanShots.

@Ringostt_112  Try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair.

 

If that doesn't help, you can try clearing Origin's cache; the next step would be uninstalling it "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If none of that makes a difference, it's possible your pack has been blocked or deactivated in Origin.  This is a common outcome when buying from unauthorized third-party sellers, although it doesn't happen all the time and often not right away.  The only way to find out whether this is the issue is to contact EA customer support and request that someone look into the status of Pets on your account, not just whether it's present but whether it's currently active.
