Sims 3 not showing downloaded content

Downloaded The Sims 3 and some expansion packs but i cant find them in the launcher to add them to my game?

It just says download expansion pack, I click on that it goes to my origin and shows me different packs to purchase plus the ones i have and they say they were downloaded.

@ShariElizabeth28  So the launcher's Expansions & Stuff tab isn't listing some of your packs?  You can try clearing Origin's cache:

and repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, where did you buy these packs, and when?
