Sims 3 login won't let me sign in

My log in screen for my Sims 3 is showing a blue screen and whenever I try to log in it won't let me, please help!

@Chelle_Liscious  Try clearing the browsing history in IE. Windows 10 has IE11. The game uses IE to communicate. Clearing the browsing history should reset the login.
